Welcome to yet another installment of our building blog. As the post title suggests the tiling has been completed and the floor boards (Merbau Single Strip) have been laid. The tiles & floor boards both need to be cleaned but both look very good the garage roller door has also been installed. The heater ducts & evaporative cooling ducts have been fitted off.
I called past there this evening before coming home and see that thay have delivered more stack stone so they can finish the fascade. They have installed the taps to the showers and bath and installed the bath tub. All that needs to be done now is finish painting the top part on the roof and the rear garage door. Install the shower screens, mirrors in ensuite & bathroom, robe shelves & sliding mirror doors, linen shelves & pantry shelves. The carpet also needs to be installed in the other rooms as well which I assume wont be done till just be for hand over or our PCI. We also need our fly screens to be installed. Also some final electrical like the alarm & sensors to be installed. So I hope that we might be in there by the end of May.
