It's good to see that our Site Supervisor in our meeting last week said that he expected all the framing to be done and the guutters & facia's to be put on. He didnt disappoint, the gutters & facia's are all up framing is complete and they are placing the beams for the colorbond roof on top of the roof trusses. Just a small section to go to finish that phase. I will suspect that our windows will be installed this week along with the house & roof wraping (sisalation insulation).
We have also organised to get an independant building inspection, this is being conducted on Tuesday 14th Feb. The wife & I have already noticed some small things as well as our SS pointing out somethings, so it will be interesting to see what else they find. I think the framing looks pretty good to the first home builders eye. If all goes well I hope to see them comence the bricking by the end of this week. Fingers crossed.
